Description

The globus-makefile-header utility doesn't resolve the include dir for flavored headers correctly, as GLOBUS_FLAVOR_NAME isn't defined, but is used. That lack-of-definition-but-usage also shows up in some of the perl modules using Globus::Core::Paths as a warning.
